Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact sales@ballislife.com for any requests within 5 business days of receiving your order. All items must be in new condition with the original tags. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The returned item must be shipped within 14 business days of delivery in order to get a full refund/replacement.
* PLEASE NOTE: clearance and personalized items are not eligible for return.
Damaged Items
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@ballislife.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order and get a refund only if the order has not yet shipped. If the order has shipped, we will issue a refund after the package has been returned in its original condition (return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer). Please note that we can only issue refunds within 30 days of the purchase. After 30 days, we can only issue store credit.
Other
In the event that we are out of stock on an item that you ordered, we will contact you. If you desire, you will be able to select a different size, color, or design (equal value). We can also issue store credit or refund your payment method for the amount of the purchased item.
